Goethe-Zertifikat Kategorię A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule

The official list below only shows time slots reserved and not confirmed exams. Check with your instructor if the course will have its final exam during this time.

Before you register, make sure to read the Goethe exam guidelines and the terms and conditions on each individual exam page. Also, wymagane badania a1 make sure you register with the correct exam level.

Locations

The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator qualification exams. Exam pages for each exam are available for additional guidelines, terms and conditions and exam material. If you need special accommodations because of chronic disease, visual or hearing impairment or other disabilities, contact the exam provider and provide detailed documents when you register.

The Faculty Dashboard in Workday includes a "View My Teaching Schedule", which allows faculty to locate their exam schedules. The Registrar's Office also has a list with exam times for classes that must take an exam as per NYSED regulations. For evening classes exams, they are scheduled at the normal class time during the final week of exams.

Please note that the Projected University Examination Schedule is only a guideline and that final exam dates are subject to change.

Registration

The exam schedule is accessible online, and students are advised to look it up. It is important to remember that the final schedule of exams may be altered at any time. For this reason, students should consult their instructors to make sure they have the correct date and time for their test. Students should also print the official list to bring with them to the exam.

In addition to the exam schedule, students must familiarize themselves with the exam guidelines and terms and conditions. These are on the website for each exam. Students acknowledge they have read and agree to the conditions and terms of registration.

Exam locations try their best to accommodate those who have special needs. The nature and degree of these requirements must be declared on the registration form, and then confirmed by a doctor's attestation. The locations of the exam must respect and maintain confidentiality.

If a student is scheduled to take three examinations scheduled on the same day, it is recommended that they contact their department or instructor to arrange a make-up exam. While it is possible to take three exams in one day, this can cause a high stress level and could impact the quality of the test. The professor may not be able to offer a makeup test on another day.

Students should review their course materials prior to taking the exam and must practice their German skills. The exam is a paper test that measures your ability to read, speak, and write German. The results of the examination are reported using a scale from Kup Prawo Jazdy Kategorii A1 to C2. Students who pass the exam are awarded a Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate demonstrates the that they have achieved the level of Prawo Jazdy Kategorii A1 in their language. This level corresponds with the first level of the six-level scale of competency set out in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The exam is free. Students must bring an official government ID to the exam. Students who do not have a valid picture ID will be disqualified.

Fees

You must pay an exam fee in order to obtain the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This is in addition to the cost of the course.

Practice tests allow you to get familiar with the format of the test, the language, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge level, find gaps in your knowledge and increase your chances of passing the exam.

Please take note that the exam fee is non-refundable. Exam results can only by electronically sent, not via phone.
